If your balloon loses air or pops within a few hours of delivery, please note that this could be due to how it’s cared for. (Temperature change, sharp objects, rough wall, rough handling) Please look out for our care instructions and adhere to them.
Yes, you can simply order balloons for delivery without the need for a complete decor setup.
Helium balloons last from 7-20 hours to few days, depending on the balloon type and air-filled balloons can last several days.
